How to solve the problem of Heart to Heart J bugging?

■ Symtomps : when you want to save a chart, or Sample Motion, it takes time to save.

■ Cause : the file are too big, they take too much space so it is bugging.

■ Remedy:

1. Open a file or a Sample motion that takes a lot space with Heart to Heart J.

(it may take time again to open).

2. Select the sample motion on the screen. Click right and select “copy”.

3. Then click on the empty space to unselect the sample motion.

4. Click right on the empty space, select “All selection” and then delete the Sample motion (either you press the button “delete” on the keyboard, or click right again on the Sample motion and choose “deletion”).

 

5. Click right on the empty space and select “Paste” : you can see again the Sample Motion

6. To finish, save the Sample Motion. You will notice that the size of the file will reduce.
